Sur Rune

Sur Rune is a high rune used in the runewords Wind, Dragon, Bramble, Hand of Justice, Pride, Eternity, Last Wish.
The Sur Rune can also be used as ingredient for 2 different Horadric Cube recipes.
Sur Rune like any other Diablo 2 Resurrected (D2R) Rune can be used to enhance a Socketed Item with new magical properties.
The rune adds +50 to Mana property to Shield. If socketed in Weapon the item will gain Hit Blinds Target. When socketed in Armor, Helm it will get Increase Maximum Mana 5%.
